DIVERSITY. We make IT happen

You refer. We deliver.

Your client buys from us. Commission on what they pay.

For companies, not individuals or sole traders. You introduce a client, and we sell, contract, deliver and support what they buy, so your client has one point of contact for it. No exclusivity, no quotas, no targets, no obligation to promote us.

A strategic partnership is a different arrangement: co-investment in a site, capacity or route, or a joint project with a public body. Investors

How a referral works, drawn as three parties: you, your client and DIVERSITY.

  • You introduce your client to DIVERSITY, and we pay you a commission on what they pay us.
  • Your client contracts with DIVERSITY and pays DIVERSITY directly, with nobody in between.
  • Your own work with your client stays between you and them.
How a referral pays

From introduction to payment.

You register the client, check each statement and send your invoice. Your client signs with us and pays us, and we pay you.

A percentage of
What your client actually pays us, including services they add later, before VAT and without pass-through costs such as hardware and third-party licences. The rate is set in your agreement. Telecom, colocation and Private Link are on terms we agree with you case by case.
For how long
Services billed monthly earn commission for every month your client pays, for as long as they stay, settled each quarter. A one-off project, in security, IT Consulting or data, earns it once.
If the partnership ends
Commission on monthly services continues for 12 months after it ends, then stops.
Why direct

Your client buys direct.

No one resells DIVERSITY, so no one sits between your client and us, and your own work stays yours.

Your client
No chain in between. For what they buy from us, the contract, the invoices and the support are ours, so none of it depends on a company in the middle. A referral does not change what they pay. Engineers, not a ticket queue. Support is free on every product we sell, with a 4-hour target response time on support requests.
You
Your own work, and commission. What you do for your client yourself stays between you and them, contracted and invoiced by you. On what they pay us, you earn commission.
Ways to work with us

How companies work with us.

  • Refer your clients

Introduce companies that need anything we sell: Cloud, Bare Metal and every one of our solutions, from SecOps to AI. Telecom, colocation and Private Link too, on terms we agree with you case by case.

    • A company, not an individual or a sole trader
    • No fee to join
    • No exclusivity, no quotas, no targets
    • No obligation to promote us
    • You work independently and cannot sign for us
  • Build on our infrastructure

If your own product runs on DIVERSITY, you are a customer and pay for what you use, like any customer. Sign the partner agreement and refer your clients as well, and you can offer them our infrastructure alongside your product: they buy it from us, and you earn commission on what they pay.

  • Share a data or AI project

The one arrangement where we deliver a project together. On a data or AI project you can take part of the work alongside us instead of referring it. Your client then contracts with both of us, each of us invoices its own share, and the margin is split as your agreement sets out.

Things people ask before signing

Straight answers.

If we cannot resell DIVERSITY, where is our margin, and what happens to our client?

You cannot mark up our services: your client buys from us, and a referral does not change their price. Your margin is your own work for them, which you contract and invoice yourself, plus commission on what they pay us. For your own work they remain your client, on your own contract.

Will you go around us?

No, and the agreement binds both of us. Once we confirm a registration, your client has 12 months to sign with us, and if they do, they are attributed to you. The first valid registration wins, and if we say a client was already ours or already in our pipeline (an open opportunity, or a conversation with us in the last 6 months), we have to show it. If your client later buys more from us, including services we sell them without you, such as IT Consulting or SecOps, you earn commission on that too; telecom, colocation and Private Link stay on terms we agree with you case by case. Neither of us goes around the other while we work together, or for 12 months after the partnership ends.

How is our commission worked out?

As a percentage of what your client actually pays us, including services they add later, before VAT and without pass-through costs such as hardware and third-party licences. There is no cap per deal. The rate varies by partner and with volume: we agree it at the meeting after the NDA, and your agreement sets it. Telecom, colocation and Private Link are on terms we agree with you case by case.

Who can be a partner?

A company. The partner agreement is signed between companies, so it is not open to individuals or sole traders. There is no fee to join, no exclusivity, no quotas and no targets, and you are not obliged to promote us.

We build software on your infrastructure. Is that a partnership?

On its own it makes you a customer, and you pay for what you use like any customer. Sign the partner agreement and refer clients to us as well, and you earn commission on what they pay us.

Can we run what our client buys from you, as our own managed service?

No. What your client buys from us, they contract with us and we support directly: a partner does not run it for them, and no one resells DIVERSITY. Refer them instead, and you earn commission on what they pay us. Your own work for them, outside what they buy from us, stays yours.

How do we register a client?

In writing, before or when you introduce them. We confirm within 5 business days, and if we do not answer, the registration stands. From then, your client has 12 months to sign with us.

Who supports our client?

We do, for everything they buy from us. Support is free on every product we sell, with a 4-hour target response time on support requests. The advanced plan is paid and buys shorter targets plus weekend and out-of-hours cover.

What if a payment is refunded or never made, or its invoice is cancelled?

Commission follows the money: it is earned only on what your client actually pays, so a payment that is never made earns none. If a payment is later refunded, or its invoice cancelled, the commission on it is reclaimed.

When are we paid?

Each calendar quarter. We send a statement, and you have 30 days to raise anything you disagree with: we resolve it in good faith, and the undisputed amount is paid on time. You invoice us and we pay within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice. Commission is earned only on what your client has actually paid.

Can we tell our client what our commission is?

No. Under the NDA you sign first, you keep your commission and its terms confidential, including from your client. The commission does not change what your client pays.

How does a partnership end?

Either side can end it with 30 days' notice. Commission on monthly services continues for 12 months after it ends, then stops, and neither of us goes around the other during those 12 months.

We are already a customer. Can we refer someone?

Yes, if you are a company: you sign a partner agreement like any partner. Your own bill earns no commission. And a company that is already our customer, or already in our pipeline, does not qualify as a referral.

Which law governs the agreement?

Spanish law, with the courts of Madrid.

Who controls the data about the clients we introduce?

Each of us, separately. Under the GDPR, you and DIVERSITY are each an independent controller of the lead data it holds.

Apply as a partner.

The partner agreement is signed between companies, so it is not open to individuals or sole traders. Tell us what your company does and what your clients need. Nothing confidential yet: the NDA comes first.
