Our own company. Nobody above it.
Founder- and leadership-owned. No external equity.
DIVERSITY was founded in Madrid in 2015 and has run European infrastructure ever since. Its founders and leadership own it, no outside investor holds equity, and no parent company sits above it.

The structure behind the claim.
Our sovereignty claim rests on who owns the company, whether anyone can buy it, and where the datacenters are.

- Is it for sale
- No.Nobody outside the company holds a share, and we do not sell one: no majority stake, no minority stake, no sale of the company. Investment reaches us as revenue-share or commercial agreements, which buy no control of DIVERSITY.How we take investment

What an outside owner would cut first.
No outside owner can trade these for a margin, because the company has none.
Engineers, not a ticket queue
Support from our own engineers is free on every product we sell, with a 4-hour target response time on support requests; the advanced plan is paid and buys shorter targets plus weekend and out-of-hours cover.
In each office's language, on the phone
Each office line answers in its own language, during its own hours: Spanish in Madrid, Estonian in Tallinn, English in London and Casper. Write to hello@ondiversity.eu in any language and it is routed to the right office.
Our offices and linesTerms written with you
Where a service depends on how your business runs, its terms are set in your contract, with you: recovery objectives for disaster recovery, log retention and incident response times for SecOps.

Things people ask before signing
Straight answers, no upsell.
You are not a hyperscaler. Will you still be here, and still independent, in five years?
Nobody can promise that, and a promise would be worth little. What we can show you is the structure. DIVERSITY has run since 2015, its founders and leadership own it, and no outside investor holds equity, so there is no fund waiting to sell its stake.
Who owns DIVERSITY?
Our founders and leadership. There are no external equity investors, no parent company and no holding company above it.
Is DIVERSITY for sale?
No. We do not sell a majority stake, a minority stake or the company. We do take investment structured as revenue-share or commercial agreements, and we discuss strategic partnerships with companies and public bodies; neither buys a say in how DIVERSITY is run. The detail is on our investors page.
Do you run the datacenters yourselves, or resell someone else's?
We operate them ourselves and resell no one else's. Our own engineers run the network, and one team covers all four sites rather than one per building. What is ours: the network the racks sit on, the transit, the operations and the hands that touch your hardware.
What happened to your US datacenters?
Dallas opened in 2020, and Los Angeles and Secaucus in 2023. In 2026 all three split off into an Americas entity independent of DIVERSITY. Every datacenter we operate today is in the EU: Madrid, Amsterdam, Munich and Helsinki.
What is your office in the United States?
Casper, Wyoming, is a support office: it receives customers and passes them to our teams. It is not a parent company, and nothing sits above DIVERSITY.
Who answers when I call?
The office you called, in that office's language, during its opening hours. Outside them the line says so rather than ringing out. If you are already a customer and something is down, go to the console (opens in a new tab) or support@ondiversity.eu instead.
Is your status page public?
Yes, at status.ondiversity.cloud (opens in a new tab), and it includes our phone lines alongside the platform, so you can check how we are running before you call us.
Do you sell through partners or resellers?
No one resells DIVERSITY. Partners refer customers to us for a commission, and some build on our infrastructure as customers themselves, but we sell, contract and support directly.
Can a court outside the EU order you to hand over my data?
Not through anyone who owns us. DIVERSITY has no US parent and no outside shareholder, and nothing sits above the company for such an order to be served on. Our office in Casper, Wyoming, is a support office, not an owner, and it cannot reach your data: only our staff in the EU can.
Shall we talk?
An AI deployment, critical infrastructure, or a quote.
Write or call and you'll get an engineer, not a ticket bot.
