Off the hyperscaler,
with engineers who do the work.
Architecture reviews, migration plans and the migration itself, new applications, and engineers who join your team, remotely or at your premises in Madrid, Munich, Helsinki or Amsterdam. Our focus is moving workloads off the US hyperscalers and onto our infrastructure.

An engineer on the call
Every workload gets its own decision.
This is the shape of the plan we write: for each workload, a decision, a destination and a wave. Including the workloads that should not move at all.
| Your workload | Today | Decision | Where it goes | Wave |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| File archive | A hyperscaler's object storage | Move: nothing ties it there | Our Object Storage | Wave 1 |
| Web front end | Virtual machines on a hyperscaler | Move as it is: nothing to rebuild | Our Cloud | Wave 2 |
| Its database | A hyperscaler's managed PostgreSQL | Move with the front end | Our managed PostgreSQL | Wave 2 |
| ERP | VMware, in your server room | Move off VMware before renewal | Our Bare Metal | Wave 3 |
| Serverless functions | That hyperscaler's function service | Keep: not worth rewriting | Where it is | Not moved |
| Old reports | Virtual machines on a hyperscaler | Retire: nothing depends on it | Switched off | Not moved |

Every wave has its cutover plan and its rollback. What has moved and what stays talk to each other over our direct peering with the hyperscaler, not the public internet.

Advice, and the work that follows it.
Four stages, in the order they usually come.
- 01
Review
What you run today, on a hyperscaler, on our infrastructure or on your own servers.
- Architecture reviews
- On-site assessments at your facilities
- A review of your hyperscaler bill
- Readiness for NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ENS and GDPR
The result: written findings, ranked by risk, with what to fix first. Our engineers can make the fixes too.
- 02
Plan
The plan above, and the design around it.
- Migration plans
- Target architecture
- Hybrid designs with Colocation and Private Link
- Network design
- Disaster recovery design
- Input to your DORA exit plan
The result: the target architecture, and the plan to reach it.
- 03
Move and build
Our engineers do the work, with your team or on its behalf.
- Off a hyperscaler, or between hyperscalers
- Out of VMware
- New applications, and rebuilding old ones
- Kubernetes, infrastructure as code and CI/CD
The result: workloads moved and tested, wave by wave.
- 04
Run
After the move, or with no move at all.
- Engineers inside your team
- Maintaining your own servers
- Handover into our managed services
- Training and workshops for your team
The result: runbooks, handover sessions, and a team that knows how it runs.
Embedded engineers, in detail
Data platforms and AI have pages of their own: Data-Driven and Artificial Intelligence.
A review, a plan, the move itself or running it after: each starts with the discovery call. Request it
Engineers who work inside your team.
For the infrastructure you'd rather not maintain yourself. With your team, not instead of it.
On a hyperscaler
Your estate on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, looked after from inside your team.
On our infrastructure
What you run on our Cloud, Bare Metal or Colocation.
On your own servers
Your own infrastructure, maintained by our engineers.
What they learn about your estate is handed over to your team as they go. You can have them in any of the four ways to buy below.
Not the same as our managed services: an embedded engineer works inside your team, on your infrastructure as well as ours.
On-site
At your premises, in four cities.
The cities where we run datacenters. Everywhere else, our engineers work remotely.
- Madrid
- Munich

Four ways to work with us.
Four shapes, and the work decides which. We do not publish prices.
A defined project
A scope agreed up front: a review, a plan or a migration.
A block of hours
A set number of hours, drawn down as the work comes in.
A retainer
A recurring arrangement with our engineers, for work that keeps coming back.
A dedicated team
A team of our engineers, for a programme too large for the other three.
Not sure which fits?

A stake isn't the problem. A plan you can't check is.
We run infrastructure, so we have a stake in where your workloads land. The answer is a plan you can check row by row, like the example above. Three ways to get the work done, compared.

What they say about our work
“Our risk team had to show how we would leave our main cloud provider. They worked out, service by service, what leaving would actually take, and we built our exit plan on that.”

Things people ask before signing
What we get asked, with honest answers.
You sell infrastructure. Won’t your plan always say “move it all to you”?
Our focus is moving workloads off the US hyperscalers and onto our infrastructure. What keeps the plan honest is its shape: a decision for every workload, with the reason written next to it. We tell you what is straightforward, what is complex, and what is probably not worth moving, and some of what you run is better left where it is. We take no commission from AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or Oracle, and you can buy the review or the plan on its own and have someone else carry it out.
Do you only work on your own infrastructure?
No. We review, move and look after workloads on a hyperscaler, on our infrastructure and on your own servers, and we move workloads between hyperscalers as well as off them.
What does an architecture review give us?
Written findings, ranked by risk, with what to fix first. If you want the fixes made, our engineers can make them, or your team can.
Do you build applications, or only infrastructure?
Both. Modernising usually means both: new applications, rebuilding old ones, and the platform they run on, from Kubernetes to infrastructure as code and CI/CD.
Can you get us off VMware?
Yes. It is one of the migrations we do: an inventory of what runs on VMware, a destination for each workload, and the move itself.
Can you help with NIS2, DORA or ISO 27001?
With readiness for NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ENS (Spain's national security framework) and GDPR: where you stand, what is missing and what to fix first. Readiness is an assessment we make, not a promise that your system conforms, and not a certificate. For DORA we also give technical input to your exit plan. Penetration testing, security monitoring and a fractional CISO belong to our SecOps service, not this one.
Where do embedded engineers work?
Remotely, wherever you are. On-site at your premises only in Madrid, Munich, Helsinki and Amsterdam, the cities where we run datacenters. They work on a hyperscaler, on our infrastructure or on your own servers. Visits for an assessment are different: for those, we travel to you.
How is that different from your managed services?
A managed service is a product we run on our infrastructure, such as a managed database. An embedded engineer works inside your team, on your infrastructure as well as ours.
What happens after the migration?
Your choice: our managed services for what can be managed, our engineers inside your team, or a handover to your own team, with runbooks and training. Once you run on our infrastructure, support on it is free, with a 4-hour target response time on support requests. New design or architecture work is consulting, like everything on this page.
How do we buy it?
Four ways: a defined project, a block of hours, a retainer, or a dedicated team, and embedded engineers come in all four. We do not publish prices.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on what you run and what you want from it, so we do not publish a typical length. We scope it with you after the discovery call.
How do we start?
The discovery call, and it is free: 90 minutes, an engineer rather than a salesperson, and a written diagnosis inside a week. It is a conversation, not a review: the review, the plan and the work come after, if you want them. Already a customer? Same call, same form.
Does DORA require us to leave a US hyperscaler?
No, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. DORA does not require you to host in the EU. What it does require is that you can show you manage the risk of piling critical dependencies onto the same few providers, and that you have an exit plan you have actually tested. European supervisors now publish a list of the critical ICT providers the sector leans on hardest, and the large hyperscalers are on it. We are not. We can give technical input to your exit plan, and carry out the migration if you ever run it.
Where does our data sit after the move?
What moves to us sits in our datacenters in Madrid, Munich, Helsinki or Amsterdam. What stays on a hyperscaler stays under its terms, and talks to ours over direct peering.
Who can compel you to hand our data over?
For what runs with us: DIVERSITY is a European company with no parent company, US or otherwise, so there is no entity above us for an order from outside the EU to be served on. That is a structural answer rather than a policy one.
