Independence is accelerating. Let's talk.

Europe is actively moving critical infrastructure out of foreign jurisdictions. DIVERSITY is the operator built for exactly that shift, privately held, no US parent, no foreign chain of control, running its own datacenters since 2015. Founder and leadership owned, with no external equity investors.

If European infrastructure independence is part of your thesis, we want to hear from you. No deck, no gatekeeping, just a direct line to our directors.

Since 2015 Founder- and leadership-owned No external equity

Why now

Regulation changed the calculus.

Three EU rules now shape where infrastructure buyers park their workloads. NIS2 (applicable since October 2024) put ICT supply-chain risk on the board agenda for essential and important entities across 18 sectors. DORA (applicable since January 2025) requires financial entities to manage concentration risk and hold exit strategies for critical ICT providers. The EU Data Act (applicable since September 2025) restricts non-EU government access to EU-held data and makes switching cloud providers easier. None of them mandate EU-only infrastructure. They raise the cost and risk of not having it.

The address matters when the data is critical.

Owned and operated.

Why it matters

Sovereign by structure.

Not a marketing claim, a legal one. Here is what the structure actually gets you, compared honestly to a typical US-headquartered hyperscaler.

Comparison of DIVERSITY against a typical US hyperscaler on sovereignty criteria
  DIVERSITY Typical US hyperscaler
Incorporated & legally subject to EU law Yes. European entity, EU jurisdiction. Depends. Many are US-incorporated, or a US-parent subsidiary.
No US parent that can receive a CLOUD Act order None. No entity above us to compel. Often yes, if the parent company is US-incorporated.
Data stays in EU datacenters Always. Madrid, Munich, Helsinki, Amsterdam. Varies by the region you select; not guaranteed by structure.
The team that answers your sales call keeps your servers running Same engineers, from sales through support. Typically a tiered ticket queue.
Direct peering with AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Cloudflare Direct peering at EU exchange points. Varies by provider and region.

Our history

European infrastructure since 2015.

  1. 2015

    Founded in Madrid

First datacenter, first customers. A European company from day one.

  2. 2016

    London and Tallinn offices open

Expansion from Madrid into the UK and the Baltics. 1,000 servers across Madrid and London.

  3. 2017

    150+ customers

The UK's first dedicated server company with full English and Spanish support.

  4. 2018

    Munich datacenter live

MUC1 goes online. Third datacenter, the DACH market core.

  5. 2019

    Helsinki datacenter live

HEL1 goes online, carbon-neutral. Fourth datacenter, 1,000+ customers across Europe.

  6. 2020

    Dallas, US opens

Brexit and the pandemic close London's data center operations. Dallas becomes the newest site as the network reaches 40,000 servers.

  7. 2023

    Los Angeles and Secaucus live

Two more US sites join the network. AI and GPU servers join the platform.

  8. 2026

    Europe, exclusively

Dallas, Los Angeles, and Secaucus split off into an independent Americas entity. DIVERSITY becomes an EU-only company, answering to European law alone.

  9. 2026

    The backbone completes

AMS1 goes live. Four datacenters, one European backbone: Madrid, Munich, Helsinki, Amsterdam. 1,500+ customers, 44 points of presence.
