Databay Solutions, which delivers Odoo, data, AI and Industry 4.0 projects and acts as Fractional CTO for companies, has joined DIVERSITY’s partner programme. From now on, Databay can offer its clients DIVERSITY’s infrastructure for the projects it delivers.

Databay’s work sits at the centre of how its clients run their business: Odoo as the ERP, the data the business depends on, the AI built on that data and, in Industry 4.0 projects, the connected equipment on the plant floor. All of it depends on infrastructure that has to be provided, operated and supported for as long as the project runs, and that is the part DIVERSITY takes on.

Databay leads the project. DIVERSITY provides the infrastructure and supports it directly, through our own engineers, with a 4-hour target response time on support requests.

Depending on the project, that infrastructure can include Cloud instances on KVM, from a VPS to a managed instance; single-tenant Bare Metal servers, GPU servers among them; managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis and MongoDB; and Object Storage, in our datacenters in Madrid, Munich, Helsinki and Amsterdam. Where a project involves a plant or an office, Private Link connects that site to our nearest datacenter over an encrypted link, through a router we configure and send, through our fibre and router in the four cities where we operate datacenters, or through a tunnel over the site’s existing connection.

Databay’s clients work with the same engineers and receive the same support as every other DIVERSITY customer, in whichever of our four datacenters their project runs.
