As our valued customer, you're granted exclusive, round-the-clock access to your rack, facilitated by a personal transponder. This ensures that, no matter the hour or the urgency, your digital infrastructure is always within reach.

    For those instances when a first-time visit is in order or when you need to authorize access for an external technician, our seamless process comes into play. Through our user-friendly administration interface, Hub Console, you can effortlessly schedule appointments and manage access permissions. Upon doing so, a secure, generated password will be provided for use in authenticating with our on-site personnel. This initiates a smooth handoff, granting your designated visitor a transponder to navigate through our key-controlled, interlocking security doors, leading straight to your rack.

    Every visit is meticulously logged, and footage is archived within the Hub Console, allowing for detailed inspection and review. This blend of advanced security measures and streamlined access ensures that managing your server space is not just about security, but also about convenience, flexibility, and peace of mind.

  • What's the timeline for gaining access to my rack?

  • How do we calculate your monthly electricity costs?

    When it comes to electricity costs, transparency and fairness are our guiding principles. We calculate these costs based on your actual consumption, ensuring you only pay for what you use. Here's a straightforward example to illustrate how this works:

    Let's say you have a server that consistently uses 200 watts of power. Here's how we break down the costs:

    — The server's power usage is 0.2 kW.
    — Multiply this by the hours in a day (24) and then by the days in a month (30).
    — Finally, we apply our electricity price (for instance, 40 cents or 22 cents per kWh).

    The formula looks like: 0,2 KW * 24h * 30 days * electricity price.

    Based on this formula, the monthly cost for running a server with a constant usage of 200 watts would be approximately € 57.60.

    This method allows us to align your costs directly with your usage, making it easier for you to manage and predict your expenses.
